Urartu: ML Pipelines with Caching and Remote Execution

Urartu is an ML workflow runner built around pipelines, which orchestrate a run, and actions, which are reusable steps. Results are cached automatically, so repeated steps are not recomputed.

Workflows are configured in YAML. The same pipeline runs on a laptop or is sent to an HPC cluster through Slurm, and experiments are tracked with Aim.
